Resort Amenities
You will have access to all the Caldera Springs Owners Association amenities that our community has to offer, including use of the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Harper’s Outpost, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes, fishing, pathways, tennis courts and more. Please note some amenities such as the Quarry Pool is only open during the warmer season as it is an outdoor pool.

You will not have access to the amenities owned by Sunriver Resort, including Caldera Links or rental boats and bikes at the Lake House.  You are free to use the Lake House Family Room.  You are free to use our 4 bikes and 2 kayak in our garage.  We can help coordinate additional bike rentals if needed.

We are available to help via phone or text at any time. We also have a local on-call property manager to handle any emergencies.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
